Laurence Saffer
Serial entrepreneur having initially been involved in the deregulation of the utilities industry back in 1992. I sold my business in 2020 and now I have a wide range of investments ranging from hotels to both residential and commercial property in central London and the North of England. I also invest in start up businesses together with mentoring young people. I have known my three partners, some for over 15 years and am excited to now be associated with them in our new venture.
Nick Saffrin
Thorough experience in day to day asset management & property maintenance spanning almost a decade. Currently a director for a Family office and its partners, overseeing portfolios in excess of £150m. Vast experience in regearing residential asset classes within the realm of social housing. Specifically, I have built strong relationships with complex care operators, the DWP & the NHS assisting with their property sourcing and helping to secure guaranteed rent schemes for a number of substantial London Landlords.
I’m very excited to embark on this new journey within social housing. LDN Homes strongly believe we have the solution to providing best in class emergency housing for boroughs nationwide.

Life time Entrepreneur with several businesses, revolving around the property and fitness industry. From humble beginnings, LDN Homes is a venture close to home, helping the right people receive the right accommodation to help them achieve a positive future. Louis has acquired personally and sourced over 60m worth of property.

Ashley Dribben
Ashley is an active property investor, with a particular focus and passion for the social housing and homeless sectors.
Within the last 5 years, Ashley has developed in excess of 500 bed spaces for the purpose of social housing.
In addition, he provides and manages his own homeless accommodation in a number of boroughs across the North-West.
Today, Ashley houses and manages roughly 250 service users.
